Thats a wrap on 2018!

What a busy few months! Between finishing a fourth series of Gogglebox with NEP for Kite and Virgin Media and having a wonderful little baby girl Aria join our family the website has been a little on the back burner!

The summer finished off before taking time off while waiting for Aria to arrive with a commercial for Location Fixer Ireland and Mercy Healthcare. This 10 day shoot was a period drama set in Dublin and Kilkenny. It was a total blast making this one, the cast and crew we where all laughing so much and having a blast it didn’t feel like work at all!

Then came our beautiful daughter and a good few sleepless nights. I went back to three months of Gogglebox which this year won an IFTA!

Finishing off the year has been great and I completed four commercials in three weeks! Three of them with the amazing Rebecca Bourke at Assembly and also a UK production here in Dublin.

First up was a National Lottery Christmas TV commercial for Rothco produced by Assembly. Lots of fun making this one filming for the day with weight lifters, magicians and the second tallest man in Ireland and the UK!

Then onto a hard hitting Road Safety Authority TV message on the dangers of learner drivers driving unaccompanied. Hard hitting and a very sad story to tell, the family we filmed with showed great strength.Hopefully this message will hit home and make people think before they drive unaccompanied.

Finally was a technically more challenging online commercial of a connected restaurant with half the participants being at the other side of the world….. in Sydney! This heart warming film tells the stories of families and friends not able to spend Christmas together, surprising each other and dining together over video link. This one was for Three and Samsung by Boys and Girls produced by Assembly. It brings a tear to the eye!

Between these also was a live TV spot for ITV with a singing donkey (yes for real!) and a nice few days on a documentary for PBS on the story of the Ardnacrusha Dam in Co Clare.

I will post links to the latest commercials separately over the next few days.

Thats me finished up for the year a massive thank you to all for a great year, roll on 2019! Now off for some family fun time for Arias first Christmas.
